Everyone who dies in Scream 5: How many people does Ghostface kill?

The movie Scream 5 (aka Scream) is now playing in theaters and it features some of the bloodiest kills in the franchise. Horror fans can finally wash away that sour taste Halloween Kills left us with! I said what I said! But before you read on, please note that there are spoilers ahead if you have not watched Scream 5. Watch the movie first!

Ghostface is back and determined to give fans the sequel/revival they deserve, and boy do we get it! Scream 5 exceeds expectations, perfectly mashing new and old characters into a movie that feels fresh, but with plenty of nostalgia for longtime fans of the franchise. Now, let’s dive in!

Who is Ghostface in Scream 5?

Once again, Ghostface is two people: Richie (Jack Quaid) and Amber (Mikey Madison). In the movie, Richie is dating Sam (Melissa Barrera), you really can never trust the love interest! Lesson learned. And Amber is Tara’s (Jenna Ortega) BFF.

Who dies in Scream 5?

Scream 5 features the most heartbreaking death in the entire franchise. But we’ll get to that in a minute. For now, here’s a quick list of every character who dies in Scream 5:

• Wes (Dylan Minnette)
• Deputy Judy (Marley Shelton)
• Liv (Sonia Ben Ammar)
• An officer at the hospital
• Man at the bar
• Dewey (David Arquette)

And, eventually, Ghostface killers Richie and Amber are killed, too. But from these deaths, there’s no question that Dewey’s is a tear jerker! But he went down like a hero! Watching him die hurt our hearts, but watching Gale (Courtney Cox) fall to the ground crying for him was even more heartbreaking.
