It’s time to catch up with Bash, Mags, and the rest of the York team. Transplant Season 2 premieres tonight, and you don’t want to miss it.

We left our favorite Canadian doctors in some questionable positions. Dr. Jed Bishop is the one we’re most worried about. After hiding his symptoms, he suffered a stroke in the Season 1 finale, and we’re left wondering whether he’s going to wake up again or not.

It’s clear that he’s going to wake up. John Hannah has been included in promotional material. The big question is whether he’s going to be able to return to work. There’s an acting head of the hospital around, and this guy is going to want to make the role permanent.

That puts Bash’s job on the line. We know Bishop lied about seeing Bash’s transcripts, and Novak knows that getting the transcripts would be difficult. Will that secret come out? Bash will need to avoid putting a foot wrong.

What’s next for Bash and Mags on the Transplant Season 2 premiere?

The end of the season also saw Bash and Mags (what are we calling that ship? Bags? Mash?) kiss. There was hope that the two would be able to juggle a relationship while working together, but that doesn’t seem to be the case at all.

Someone from Bash’s past has turned up at the hospital. This is clearly someone who Bash and Amira like, but they believed her dead. Just how serious is she, and will she end up being someone romantically connected to Bash? What could this mean for Bags/Mash?

Then there’s Theo, who has taken a permanent job at the hospital. That’s sure to cause problems with his family. His wife wasn’t happy, and she’s likely to struggle to make the constant flying back and forth work.

What about June? She is now pushing for the job of Chief Resident. Will we get to see her take on more duties?

Check out the promo and synopsis for the Transplant Season 2 premiere:

"A bus full of kids crashes and sends the team racing; Bash’s life is upended when he is reunited with a woman from his past; with Dr. Bishop still unconscious after his stroke, Mags struggles to find support in her mentor’s absence."

Next. 15 Grey's Anatomy cast members in roles you've forgotten. dark
