Most people associate the color green with March, and Disney+ is making sure to keep things extra green when it comes to releases for the second week of the month.

Thus far in March, Disney+ has released a lot of content, but they’re really upping the stakes when it comes to this second week. Of course, we all know what most of us Disney+ fans are waiting for, as upsetting as it might be for those who worked on the project.

Additionally, we’re also getting some TV episodes to boot. All in all, Disney+ knows what they’re doing and with the ad-supported version on the cusp, no doubt a lot of people will be excited to stream some of their favorite Disney classics.

Until then, though, these are the new releases on Disney+ from the second week for March ending with March 11.

What’s new on Disney+ this weekend?

The biggest release for Disney this week is easily Turning Red. It’s exciting, as a lot of us have been waiting for it and it seems like it’s going to be a lot of fun. It’s also slightly upsetting as it was pushed onto Disney+ versus a theatrical release. Either way, it’s the major release for this weekend, so let’s get into the rest.

  • The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder, Episode 4 (March 9)
  • Weekend Family, Season 1 (March 9)
  • Turning Red (March 11)
  • Embrace the Panda: Making Turning Red (March 11)

Obviously, Disney is counting on a lot of users watching Turning Red as it’s the only notable release for the week. Plus, they’re also releasing another episode of the new Proud Family series, but overall, Disney is really hedging bets on people deciding to stream Turning Red. Considering the push for it to be on Disney+, it would only be right to watch it and support the cast and crew of the film.
