Bishop turns to Bash when he has a professional dilemma. What will Bash encourage Bishop to do in Transplant Season 2, Episode 7?

Bishop faced a difficult episode last week. He was told to name his eventual replacement. After two serious health problems in one year, the board is looking to replace him, and they need him to have a name.

He didn’t make a decision during the episode. At the end, he told Claire that he wasn’t done, but will he get to stick around? Will he be pushed out with his medical issues at the forefront of everything?

That’s certainly possible, and it could be why Bishop is turning to Bash. He can’t name Bash as his replacement, but he may think that Novak is the best option after all, but that could open Bash up to problems. Any replacement could open Bash up to problems.

Bash and Mags can’t agree on treatment in Transplant Season 2, Episode 7

Meanwhile, Bash is caught up in another storyline. He has an overbearing father of a patient, and he needs to figure out how to do the right thing. Mags is also involved, and she has an idea of her own. However, Bash and Mags can’t agree on the best course of treatment for this patient.

Who will win out in the end? Will Mags decide to do what she believes best? She is the one with the least to lose. At least she’s not the one without actual transcripts, and we know that’s at the back of Bash’s mind right now.

As all this happens, June puts her own career on the line. Her patient has had gastric bypass surgery, and June is willing to do something that a powerful surgeon suggests shouldn’t happen.
