Where to stream The Handmaid’s Tale online: Netflix? Hulu? Prime Video?

The Handmaid’s Tale Season 5 is happening, but it’s going to take a while to arrive. You’ll want to catch up on the series. Where is that possible?

Now is an excellent time to catch up on The Handmaid’s Tale. Maybe you have heard lots about it and not seen it yet, or maybe you just need to catch up on a season or two. Whatever the reason, you’ll want to head back to watch the series as Season 5 is in the works.

Now you just need to know where to watch the series. Which streaming platform is it on, and is it possible to watch the show via Digital or DVD?

Where to stream The Handmaid’s Tale

There are currently four seasons of The Handmaid’s Tale available. You can stream all of them on Hulu. Every single episode is here, and this is where the series is going to stay.

The show is a Hulu Original. There’s just no need to share it with another streaming platform. The only change that could happen is if it goes to Disney+. The Disney+ streaming platform is supposed to be kid-friendly, but there is slowly a move to adding slightly more adult content to it.

However, we’re not expecting to see the series available to stream elsewhere. Sorry, Netflix subscribers!

The Handmaid’s Tale Season 5 will eventually come to Hulu. The season is currently filming, and we don’t have a release date just yet.

Watch The Handmaid’s Tale on Digital and DVD

Usually, we don’t see streaming shows head to DVD. We especially don’t see the shows head to Digital. Well, The Handmaid’s Tale is an exception, and this will be linked to the contracts in place between MGM Television and Hulu.

You can buy all episodes of The Handmaid’s Tale on Amazon Instant Video, Google Play, iTunes, and everywhere else you get Digital copies of shows. Just pay once and the episodes will be added to your libraries to watch as much as you like.

Prefer a physical copy? You can also get the episodes on DVD, and some seasons have been released on Blu-ray. The most recent seasons are only on DVD, and this is likely to keep the better quality content exclusive on Hulu.
