Max struggles with his decision to return to London in New Amsterdam Season 4, Episode 21. Don’t miss a beat of the new episode tonight.

At the end of the previous episode, Fuentes was finally fired. It took the janitors going on strike to help fix the situation, but they didn’t do it because they wanted Fuentes gone. The actions of the janitors and other “minor” staff (we find out that without janitors, the hospital wouldn’t run!) were because they wanted Max back.

So now Max has a problem. Does he leave those who fought for him behind by returning to London? Does he remain in New York, where he will still be able to practice medicine? This isn’t an easy decision for him.

Iggy continues to think inward in New Amsterdam Season 4, Episode 21

For the last few episodes, we’ve seen Iggy’s marriage in tatters. Sure, Trevor wasn’t actually making moves on Iggy, but what Martin saw was enough to have him questioning things.

Iggy needs to get to the bottom of why he liked the attention so much. We’ve seen him head on personal journeys before, but he never seems to get to answers. Can we see him figure some things out for himself already?

While that goes on, Leila moves back in with Bloom. This is supposed to give Leila some stability so she can win her legal case. What will it mean for a certain relationship? Are they getting back together?
