Physical season 2 release schedule: When do new episodes come out?

Physical season 2 premiered Friday, June 3 on Apple TV+. The series, which follows Rose Byrne’s character Sheila Rubin, picks up in season 2 with the wannabe fitness maven ready to launch her empire. Too bad that’s not the plan.

Sure, she successfully launched her first video, but that doesn’t mean she’ll be handed the financial backing to make her the next big thing in the fitness industry. To do that, Sheila will have to build her brand, network, and keep up with the hottest names in her field while making sure she holds her onto her own spot in this competitive industry.

It doesn’t help matters that tensions are starting to rise between Sheila and her husband. She wants to remain loyal to him and their shared values, but this new world has opened doors not only to opportunities she could have only imagined but also people…or should we say someone who’s caught her fancy. Add that on top of a woman accusing Sheila of stealing her routines, and you’ve got a Physical season 2 that’s nothing but non-stop drama, ambition, and simmering scandal.

Physical season 2 episode release schedule

Physical season 2 will have a total of 10 episodes, the first of which, “Don’t You Want Me,” premiered on June 3. Subsequent episodes will release weekly on Apple TV+ until the finale on August 5, so Physical is a show you can count on to carry you through most of the summer.
