What is Only Murders season 2 on Hulu about?
June 28 is almost here and that means the premiere of Only Murders season 2! The highly-anticipated new installment, starring actors Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez, will give us 10 mystery-filled episodes!
The first two episodes will be released on premiere day, followed by one episode weekly on Tuesdays. The finale is set for Aug. 23. The first episode of the second season is called “Persons of Interest,” and the second is called “Framed.”
Based on the season 1 finale cliffhanger and the title of the sophomore season’s first two episodes, trouble lies ahead for the mystery-loving trio. If you remember, the first season ended with Mabel leaning over the dead body of Arconia Board President, Bunny Folger!
What is Only Murders season 2 about?
I know you Arconiacs are itching to know everything about the second season. Luckily, we have an idea of what to expect!
Minutes after the season 1 finale, Charles, Oliver, and Mabel have now been implicated in the murder of Bunny. We’re going to see the trio working to unmask the true killer. Plus, have two other complications they need to deal with deal – they’re now subjects of a competing podcast and their fellow Arconia neighbors believe they committed the murder.
We’ve also got the official Hulu synopsis for the second episode, “Framed.” Check it out below:
"A memorial for Bunny Folger provides an opportunity for our trio to question their neighbors, while they also try to get rid of a very implicating piece of evidence. One of Bunny’s relatives makes a surprising appearance and if you thought Bunny was a force, get ready."
Vanity Fair also reports the history and architecture of the Arconia will be explored this season. We’ll also be introduced to Charles’ father through flashbacks, which somehow ties into the history of the chic apartment complex.
