Deadline reports Not Okay follows Danni Sanders, a young social media influencer who lands herself in hot water after being exposed as an Instagram try-hard. Her downfall began on a day tragedy struck Paris, France, and left many either seriously injured or dead. Initially, it was believed she was amongst those who got caught up in the terrorist attacks. But when it’s eventually revealed that she was never in Paris and faked her entire “hero” story, the internet turns on her, thus beginning her canceled era.

How will Danni correct her major mistake? Is she worthy of forgiveness, or is she worthy of never-ending punishment and shame from the public? We’ll have to tune in to see her road to redemption.
