On the Paramount+ original series, Evil, those seeking to do harm to others come in many forms. Some have no deal with the devil, they simply get up to no good all on their own, sowing chaos whenever and however they see fit. While others are more mundane in their cruelty but are nonetheless purveyors of unsettling content.

Among the latter is Malindaz, the beauty influencer that young Lexis is obsessed with. The preteen can sometimes be seen watching the woman’s content and taking every word she says to heart which is dangerous considering the influencer’s brand is centered on body shaming.

Sure, Malindaz has fashioned herself as someone who wants to help her audience. She gives them tips to look their best based on her “regimen.” But those tips have included wrapping your thighs in cling wrap in order to produce a gap and pushing her audience to alter their attitudes and their bodies to meet an ideal not even she can live up to.

The influencer is a cautionary figure in Evil, one we’re supposed to be wary of every time she pops up on Lexis’ screen. In season 3, episode 3, “The Demon of Sex,” Malindaz adds peddling cryptocurrency to her wheelhouse not because she believes in Makob, Leland’s latest scheme to sow discord, but because there’s 100K in it for her thanks to the deal she strikes with Sheryl.

This certainly won’t be the last we see of Malindaz in the series. Who plays the influencer whose channel we desperately want Lexis to unsubcribe from? Here’s what we know!
