Apple TV+ Emmy nominations: What actors and shows are up for awards?

Following the long-awaited announcement of which shows and actors managed to secure a 2022 Emmy nomination, TV shows and celebrity lovers worldwide were blown away by the various streaming sites that secured a great deal of nominations.
HBO and HBO Max led the charge by securing a whopping 140 nominations. Netflix followed close behind with 105, and while Hulu wasn’t in the hundreds this year, fans of the site were still proud that the site received an impressive 58 nominations.
What was even more impressive, however, was the number of Apple TV+ actors and shows up for nomination this year, especially because, compared to the likes of the three aforementioned sites, Apple TV+ didn’t seem to hold a candle to these sites’ successes. But that couldn’t be any further from the truth.

In addition to the previously-mentioned nominations, Ted Lasso went on to receive six more nominations, including the award for Outstanding Writing For A Comedy Series, while Severance received eight more, including the award for Outstanding Writing For A Drama Series.
The remaining nominations are from various Apple TV+ projects, including The Problem With Jon Stewart for Outstanding Hosted Nonfiction Series or Special, “Everyone But Jon Hamm” for Outstanding Commercial, and Carpool Karaoke: The Series for Outstanding Short Form Comedy, Drama Or Variety Series.
