The minseries premiered its eight-episode season on March 18, 2022 and the finale was released April 22, 2022. Leading the cast are actor Jared Leto as Adam Neumann and Anne Hathaway as his wife, Rebekah. The two leads also executive produced the series.

WeCrashed was created by Lee Eisenberg and Drew Crevello, who also serve as showrunners, writers, and executive producers. The limited series was directed by John Requa and Glenn Ficarra who also serve as executive producers alongside Charles Gogolak, Natalie Sandy, Emma Ludbrook, Hernan Lopez, Marshall Lewy and Aaron Hart.

The series follows the real-life story of co-working space company, WeWork. The business grew from a small, single co-working space to a global brand worth $47 billion in under a decade! Though in less than a year, its value crashed $40 billion. The drama explores the rise and fall of the company, the love story at the center of it all, and just how their value plummeted so drastically.

Hathaway and Leto portray the real-life married couple who were at the heart of WeWork. The series is also based on the podcast WeCrashed: The Rise and Fall of WeWork by Wondery.

The trailer gives us glimpses into how the company made itself different, just how crucial Hathaway’s character Rebekah was to the success of the company and how supportive she was of her husband, and of course the dramatic loss of money they encounter.
