The first two episodes of Rap Sh!t are now streaming on HBO Max and feature some pretty great songs. Didn’t catch them all while watching and need the Rap Sh!t soundtrack? No problem! In this post, we share the best songs from Rap Sh!t episodes 1-2. And if you missed the episodes, don’t worry, there are no spoilers ahead.

Issa Rae serves as the executive producer of the HBO Max drama, Rap Sh!t. The comedy-drama includes eight episodes, the first two are now streaming, and HBO Max will be dropping one episode each week every Thursday. The finale date for Rap Sh!t is set for Sept. 1, so catch up before you are too far behind.

Rap Sh!t follows Shawna (Aida Osman) and Mia (KaMillion), two estranged high school friends who bond over their love of rap and dreams to make it big. The duo decide to join forces and form a rap group together. Will they make it in the music industry? There’s only one way to find out! And that’s to watch all new episodes every Thursday on HBO Max.

And now, for the soundtrack! Whether you need new songs to add to your playlist or are curious about a song you heard in the first two episodes, we’ve got your back.

  • “Take It To Da House” by Trick Daddy
  • “Easy Money” by Suni MF
  • “Stolo” by LPB Poody
  • “Raindrops” by GoldLink Feat. Flo Milli
  • “Told Ya’ll” by Trina Feat. Rick Ross

Several songs that played in the first two episodes are missing from this list, but that is because, as Hip Hop DX shares, the series features all original music written by actual rappers. That said, Suni MF, for example, is a real artist, as well we Guapdad 4000.

Catch new episodes of Rap Sh!t every Thursday on HBO Max. The comedy drama also stars Jonica Booth, Devon Terrell, RJ Cyler, and others.
