911 Season 6 is not coming in August 2022

We’re ready to see what’s next as the 118 comes back together. The bad news is the wait for the 911 Season 6 premiere on FOX continues.

At the end of 911 Season 5, we saw the 118 slowly getting back together. Eddie realized that he did need to be back with his family, and that realization helped to save Bobby from taking a drink. Meanwhile, Maddie is back, and there are hints that maybe Maddie and Chimney can find a way to make things work.

We need the new season to see how all that will play out. Of course, we never expected it, but it didn’t stop us hoping for some sort of miracle. 911 Season 6 is not going to premiere next month, which makes sense for the series. This is the biggest show on FOX, and there’s no way the network will bring it back in the summer.

The good news is there’s a light at the end of the hiatus tunnel. We know when the show will return with new episodes.

When is the 911 Season 6 premiere on FOX?

The series will remain as part of the fall lineup. There was no doubt that was going to happen considering its success. Of course FOX wants most of its top shows to air in the fall.

911 Season 6 will premiere on Monday, Sept. 19. It’s one of the first broadcast shows to return, with CBS and NBC also starting up their seasons on the same day. 911 will air at 8 p.m. ET/PT as usual.

We don’t get to know what to expect just yet. We’ll be keeping an eye on things next month to see those details. We’re expecting a trailer for the new season coming sometime in August or maybe early September. It should give us a hint of the big event of the season that will happen in the earlier episodes. There’s always one!

911 Season 6 premieres on FOX on Monday, Sept. 19 at 8/7c. Catch up the following day on Hulu.
