Apple TV+’s Bad Sisters trailer, release date, synopsis, and more
Mark your calendars as this month Apple TV+‘s new murder mystery, Bad Sisters, will be coming to the streaming service!
Actress Sharon Horgan leads onscreen, as well as off camera as well. Horgan created, co-wrote, and executive produced the new series. The show is also produced by her Merman production company.
Brett Baer, Dave Finkel, Karen Cogan, Ailbhe Keogan, Daniel Cullen, Perrie Balthazar, and Paul Howard serve as her co-writers. Here’s everything we know about the series ahead of its premiere!
Bad Sisters release date
The dark comedy premieres Friday, Aug. 19 with the first two episodes on Apple TV+. They will then be followed by one episode weekly, until the finale on Oct. 14, 2022. The series will have a total of 10 episodes.
Bad Sisters synopsis
Bad Sisters will follow the five, tight-knit Garvey sisters. They’ve always looked out for each other and have such a close relationship due to the premature death of their parents.
When their brother-in-law John winds up dead, his life insurers launch an investigation. They believe malicious intent is at play, and the siblings are at the top of their list of suspects as they all had reason to commit the act. The trailer (see below!) hints at just why the Garvey sisters may have done it.
