Who is hosting dating reality series The Real Love Boat on CBS?
There’s just something about dating shows that we can’t get enough of, and this fall CBS is taking the concept from land to sea in its new series, The Real Love Boat. The reality series sets sail Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 9 p.m. ET.
The Real Love Boat is inspired by the ’70s scripted series that was on the air on ABC. The romantic drama and comedy took viewers on board for nine seasons, featuring the ship’s captain and his crew members’ romantic and humorous seafaring adventures.
Now, CBS is hoping to get contestants to fall in love on board a Princess Cruises ship. Destination dates, challenges, and surprise singles will test the couples’ compatibility and chemistry. The captain, cruise director, and crew members will play roles in the matchmaking process. After a month out at sea, one winning couple will get a cash prize and a trip on Princess Cruises.
Every reality show needs a host – or two! So who are the co-captains helming the new show?
