Resident Alien season 2 part 2 finale: When is the last episode?

Resident Alien on Syfy has quickly become a popular series for the network. So popular in fact that although season 2 part 2 still hasn’t released all of its episodes, the company has already renewed the comedy drama for a third season! But before we get to that, we’re already looking forward to the season 2 finale. When can we expect it?

The show’s sophomore season started off with Harry once again stranded on Earth. He’s confronted with the fact that he still hasn’t fulfilled his mission – to kill all humans. He feels like he’s failed his people, but at the same time struggles with the fact that his human emotions grow stronger each day.

Resident Alien season 2 part 2 proved just how close he is getting with our species, as Asta took a surprising action to save Harry’s life. We pick up in the aftermath of that, while the two are also searching for the alien baby which leads to big realizations for each of them.

So when are we getting the conclusion of the science fiction dramedy’s sophomore season?

When is the Resident Alien season 2 part 2 finale?

Resident Alien season 2 has a total of 16 episodes, with the first half airing earlier this year. Part 2 returned to our television screens (and Peacock!) on Aug. 10. We’re now on the final eight episodes, with the finale set for Wednesday, Sept. 28. The mystery series airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on Syfy.

Looking ahead, we already know that the third season of the Syfy series will have a total of 12 episodes. It’s not clear yet whether the whole dozen will be released together, or if the network will decide to do another split in the season. No matter what, we all know that Resident Alien is worth the wait ad we gladly will!
