We have arrived at the dreaded Monday, but keep that chin up, the weekend is only five days away. Like we do each and every week, we’re sharing all the new Netflix movies and shows debuting beginning the week of September 12, 2022.

If you haven’t finished binging the latest season of Cobra Kai, don’t worry, Netflix has a bit of a light schedule this week for you to be able to finish the season. I love these types of weeks because it can be very easy to get behind on movies or series dropped by the streaming giant.

New Netflix movies and shows to watch this week

  • Jo Koy: Live From The Los Angeles Forum, Sept.13
  • Heartbreak High, Sept. 14
  • Love is Blind: After the Altar season 2, Sept. 16
  • Drifting Home, Sept. 16
  • Fate: The Winx Saga season 2,September 16
  • Do Revenge, Sept. 16

I am a HUGE fan of stand-up comedy, so for me, the thing I am looking forward to the most is the brand new stand-up special from Jo Koy. He recently starred in the film Easter Sunday. Koy has been in the stand-up game for a long time, and I’m excited about what he has in store for us with the special.

The other big release of the week is Do Revenge. The dark comedy is set in the world of two girls, Drea and Eleanor, who seek revenge on each other’s tormentors. The film stars Maya Hawke and Camila Mendes in the lead roles. The film is from writer Jennifer Kaytin Robinson who wrote two fantastic films in Thor: Love and Thunder and Unpregnant. The trailer looked good, and Maya Hawke is a star, so consider me intrigued.

From our suggestions, what will you be watching? Are you excited about the new movie Do Revenge? Or will you be checking out Jo Koy with me? Let us know, and let’s hope next week brings us more exciting Netflix additions.
