Is General Hospital new today on ABC? (Sept. 19, 2022)

Monday has arrived which means the weekend is over and our favorite daytime programs will once again be hitting the airwaves for our viewing enjoyment. For ABC fans, this means it’s time to make our way back to Port Charles for the latest episode of General Hospital. 

Season 60 is underway and the first week of the new season proved to be quite a memorable one for longtime viewers. The first week of the new season also ended with more than a few cliffhangers setting the stage for an eventful next episode.

For example, would Curtis still be with Jordan if she hadn’t lied to him? Well, it seems we might finally be getting that answer in the next episode when Portia confronts Curtis about his feelings, but will he finally come clean with his feelings? And will we get to see the fallout of their conversation in a new episode this Monday?

Is General Hospital on today? (Sept. 19, 2022)

Currently, ABC is planning on airing a new episode of General Hospital on Monday, Sept. 19, so there should indeed be a new episode to enjoy this Monday.

While ABC does have plans to air a new episode of GH today, it is worth noting that the episode could be preempted in the off chance that ABC News decides to break in with extended coverage of Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral. While the funeral is set to take place before GH‘s broadcast, there is always a chance news coverage could be unexpectedly extended.

There is also always a chance local news could preempt the episode or cut in with local breaking news, but that won’t stop the episode from airing. Instead, those in local regions would simply need to turn to Hulu to watch the latest episode in its entirety.
