Hocus Pocus 2 cast: Who stars in the new movie?

Salem needs to watch out! The Sanderson sisters are back and they’re out for revenge. The highly-anticipated sequel of the beloved 1993 Halloween movie, Hocus Pocus 2, is coming to Disney+ on Sept. 30.

The story will pick up 29 years after someone last lit the Black Flame Candle and resurrected the 17th century witches. It’s going to be up to three high school students to figure out how to stop the child-hungry witches from wreaking a new kind of havoc on Salem before midnight on All Hallow’s Eve. Thanks to the trailer, it also seems like we’re going to see when Winifred, Mary, and Sarah were younger more than 300 years ago!

Who stars in Hocus Pocus 2?

Of course the three sinister Sanderson sisters themselves will be reprising their roles. We’re so excited to see them again! Here’s a full list of returning cast members:

Original cast members:

• Bette Midler as Winifred “Winnie” Sanderson
• Kathy Najimy as Mary Sanderson
• Sarah Jessica Parker as Sarah Sanderson
• Doug Jones as William “Billy” Butcherson, Winifred’s ex-boyfriend and “nice zombie”

The actors who played Max, Dani, and Allison aren’t on the cast list, so it doesn’t seem like they will be a part of the movie. But you never know if they’ll make a surprise appearance. Wouldn’t that be fun!?

New cast members:

The sequel is going to introduce us to some new characters. The three high school students tasked with stopping the sisters are Whitney Peak as Becca, Belissa Escobedo as Izzy, Lilia Buckingham as Cassie.

Also a part of the cast is Hannah Waddingham as The Witch, Sam Richardson as Gilbert, Tony Hale, Froy Gutierrez, Juju Brener, Taylor Paige Henderson, and Nina Kitchen.
