Lifetime triple feature: New Saturday Lifetime movies (Sept. 24)

Not one but three new Lifetime movies are premiering tonight on the network! Revenge for My Mother, Dying for a Crown, and Hall Pass Nightmare will air back-to-back so get your popcorn ready and a plethora of other snacks.

This triple feature will keep your Saturday evening full of suspense as the films take you through twisting tales, risky decisions, and leave their characters’ balancing on the knife’s edge of danger.

Clearly Lifetime wants September to go out on a bang before settling into October’s slate which begins with The Gabby Petito Story. Here’s a rundown of each movie premiering tonight including their release times, synopsis, and casts.

New Saturday Lifetime movies

Revenge for My Mother Lifetime release time

First up is Revenge for My Mother which premieres Saturday, Sept. 24 at 6 p.m. ET on Lifetime. The film won’t re-air on Sunday, Sept. 25, so if you miss it, you’ll have to stream it next day on mylifetime.com.

 What is Revenge for My Mother about?

This TV-14 movie follows a post-natal fitness instructor named Audrey. Her seemingly perfect world is full of moms and their cute babies, but it’s disrupted by the new assistant she hires. The assistant is out for revenge, and its her madness that brings murder sweeping into Audrey’s orbit.

What is Dying for a Crown about?

Dying for a Crown, which is based on true events, follows mother-daughter duo, Lydia and Elle Campbell. The two are new to Florida after leaving Los Angeles under mysterious circumstances. They’re both adjusting to their new lives at Bellview High where Lydia is the Assistant Principal and Elle is a senior. Together, they strive to make their lives the best they can be. And, during Homecoming season, that means securing Elle the crown by any means necessary.

What is Hall Pass Nightmare about?

The movie follows Carrie, a woman who gets involved with Dante, a musician with a bad boy attitude. The two meet on a work trip Carrie takes and that’s where she planned to leave Dante, but it appears he’s not only a musician, he’s a stalker. Now she’s caught in a tangled web that could prove dangerous if she can’t shake Dante’s affections.
