At the end of the Season 6 premiere, Athena and Bobby were supposed to be heading off on their honeymoon. They were making a quick call to Athena’s parents before leaving, and that’s when disaster struck. Athena’s father drove his car through the house.

It turns out he’s had a stroke. While there will be some fear for him, we have to remember that Athena’s mom was in the front room when her dad drove through the wall. That puts both of Athena’s parents at risk, and the whole of the 118 will be there to help.

Maddie helps a new recruit in 911 Season 6, Episode 2

Meanwhile, we’ll see Maddie back at work. There are some new recruits coming through, and Maddie is going to take one of them under her wing. She’s already made it clear that she’s not going anywhere, and she wants to be a part of pushing the new wave of 911 dispatchers forward.

Back at the 118, Hen has her acting captain duties. The problem is she has a test coming up for med school. She’ll need to juggle it all, and she hasn’t got that down just yet. She’ll need to learn how to delegate, and this could be a chance for Buck to prove himself a little better that he will be ready to lead soon. He was way over the top in the premiere.
