The podcast series focuses on Kevin Keith, a man who was arrested for a triple homicide in Bucyrus, Ohio in February 1994. Kardashian and Keith’s legal team explore the “twisted and unbelievable” events that unfold.”
Over the course of the eight episodes, Kardashian will work with investigators, experts, and others to “discuss the complexities of the case, expose cracks within the story, and highlight ways in which the legal system is broken,” according to Today.
The first episode, Life & Death, introduces us to Keith through a recorded video call between him and Kardashian. We learn about how Keith, his family, and legal team have been fighting for years to get his case re-evaluated. Now, Kardashian takes a closer look, and hopes to help shed light on what occurs behind the scenes in a criminal case – the good and bad.
Episode 2, The Night Of, focuses on Keith’s alibi. Where was Keith on the night of Feb. 13, 1994? Kim and the team go through police records and witness accounts to piece together his alibi. The second episode also brings the first victim statement.
