Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration cast: Who’s in the anniversary special?

What better way to celebrate an iconic Disney animated film than with an anniversary special? ABC will air Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration on Thursday, Dec. 15! The event will also be available to stream the next day on Disney+.

The network is producing this special to commemorate three decades since the movie was nominated for an Academy Award in the Best Picture category. It was the very firs animated film to earn a spot in the category.

Hamish Hamilton serves as director of the animated and live-action blended special, with Jon M. Chu taking on executive producing duties. I’m sure we’re in good hands behind the scenes, but who portray the lovable characters? We’ve got the answer for you below!

The beautiful princess Belle will be played by singer and songwriter H.E.R., while singer, songwriter, and actor Josh Groban takes on the role of the stubborn Beast. Here is the full list of talented actors who will be bringing the iconic characters to life:
