When does All American: Homecoming return with new episodes?

All American: Homecoming has officially gone on its hiatus now that the fall finale has aired. The first half of season 2 has been an emotional ride for the characters as they’ve had to deal with family drama, team issues, relationship dust ups, and bomb scares.
Freshman year at Bringston University has had its highs, but it’s also had its lows and it’s only going to get messier from here as the show finally heads toward tennis and baseball season. When will fans be reunited with Simone and crew next year?

When does All American: Homecoming return in 2023?
As reported by TVLine, the show will return with new episodes beginning Monday, Jan. 23, 2023 at 9 p.m. ET after All American season 5’s midseason premiere at 8 p.m. ET.
An official title and synopsis has yet to be released for All American: Homecoming season 2, episode 8, however, we expect we’ll be dropped into the aftermath of Simone being accused of using an illegal substance.
In episode 7, “Integrity,” she’d done her routine drug testing that all athletes must adhere to but instead of receiving a clean reading as expected, she was called into Coach Loni’s office with her aunt, Dean Amara Patterson, to be informed she’d failed her test. As such, she’s suspended from the team effective immediately until an investigation can be completed.
If you’ve been keeping up with the show, then you know Simone hasn’t made too many friends on her tennis team, so whoever did this definitely has it out for her. While the trailer suggests Thea may have been the one to sabotage her that could be a red herring.
It’s no secret that Tootie can’t stand Simone. She could have done it or someone we’ve yet to meet yet on the show. Either way, no matter who it is, Simone will be getting to the bottom of what happened so she can clear her name and get back on the team.
