What time is Strictly Come Dancing on tonight? (December 2, 2022)
It’s hard to believe we’re about to say this, but we’re now at the Quarter Finals of Strictly Come Dancing 2022. That might have something to do with the fact that we’re saying it one day earlier than anticipated, as Strictly is airing its Week 11 episodes a night earlier than their expected slots due to the schedule changes caused by the World Cup, but it’s still wild to think that the competition is nearly over.
Week 10 saw the departure of fan-favorite couple Ellie Taylor and Johannes Radebe after they found themselves in the Dance-Off against Fleur East and Vito Coppola, bringing the number of remaining contestants to six (including Kym and Graziano, who were unable to compete last weekend).
The Semi-Final is looming, and tonight’s Quarter Final couldn’t be any grander — oh wait, it is! The episode is also Strictly‘s annual Musicals Week celebration. So, with that in mind, when can viewers tune into tonight’s special Friday night episode of Strictly Come Dancing?

Strictly Come Dancing airs its Quarter Final Musicals Week special tonight, Friday December 2, at 8:00 p.m. GMT. That’s something of a later start time for Strictly but it’s understandable as this isn’t it’s typical Saturday night slot, and this gives fans a chance to get home from work, finish whatever it is they’re doing, and wrap up their week to enjoy the Strictly sparkle.
Much like we saw last week, tonight’s episode will be one of the shortest of the series simply because there are so few remaining couples and they are all performing just one dance. Next week’s Semi-Final will be longer when the couples perform two routines.
