It’s New Year’s Eve! If you don’t have big plans for the night, we’re here to keep you from channel surfing until you land on holiday programming that you’re just okay with. We’re about to ring in 2023, you need TV that’s going to get you moving and dancing even if it’s on your living room carpet or on your bed.

If you love good country music, you’re going to want to tune int CBS tonight. The network is set to premiere a 5 hour block of entertainment with New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash. Don’t worry, if you’ve cut the cord, you’ll be able to stream the special event live and on-demand on Paramount+ if you have a premium subscription. Essential subscribers will have to wait until Sunday to view the special on the streamer.

What times is New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash on tonight?

The festivities kick off Saturday, Dec. 31 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. Be prepared for two hours of non-stop music that’ll have you singing along and smiling from ear-to-ear. At 10 p.m, the program will have a brief interlude for the evening news before resuming at 10:30 p.m and rocking well into the new year before the finale at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 1.

Nashville’s Big Bash will be hosted by Jimmie Allen, Elle King, and Rachel Smith. Viewers should expect more than 50 back-to-back performances. At midnight eastern standard time, Nashville will ring in the new year with the East Coast and at midnight central time, Music City will usher in 2023 with the Music Note Drop®.
