One of the many things chefs need to master is their pallet. In this 21st annual blind taste test challenge, this is exactly what the chef-hopefuls need to do. Oh, and Eric McCormack (Will & Grace) as well as Justin Turner (professional baseball player) are in attendance. So, you know, no pressure!
McCormack is there for his charity Project Angel Food, while Turner attend to help his charity the Justin Turner Foundation.

According to the synopsis, the chefs will “face the ultimate test of their individual pallets,” with McCormack and Turner present for dinner service.
Hell’s Kitchen season 21 episode 11, titled “21st Annual Blind Taste Test,” airs tonight, Thursday, Jan. 12, at 8 p.m. ET only on FOX.
