Is there a Monday Night Football game tomorrow, January 16?

The NFL regular season has come to a close and the playoffs are officially underway. Super Wild Card Weekend has been an eventful one with a series of games unfolding across Saturday and Sunday.

The weekend games reminded us once again how unpredictable the playoffs can be. Teams that were favored to win by major margins, narrowly avoided elimination while underdogs like the Jaguars managed to pick up surprising upsets.

It was an incredible weekend for fans but with the final game of the evening coming Sunday night, there is a growing curiosity as to whether there will be a Monday night game as well or if Sunday’s primetime game between the Ravens and Bengals was the final game of the Wild Card Weekend lineup.

While there was no Monday night NFL game last week due to the NFL’s desire to end the season on Sunday night to help with scheduling for the playoffs, there will indeed be a Monday Night Football game coming viewers way on January 16.

On Monday night, the No. 5 seeded Dallas Cowboys will head to Tampa Bay to face the No. 4 seeded Buccaneers. It should be an amazing game as both teams are relatively evenly matched both on offense and defense and there is no telling who could walk out with the win.

The Cowboys have been one of the hottest teams in the NFC this season and are looking to bring down Tom Brady and the Buccaneers, but as recent weeks have shown you can never count out the Buccaneers. It’ll likely come down to which team is able to put points up on the board first and who might get the ball last.
