We hope you’ve got your popcorn because The Bachelor is back! The long-running ABC series has returned tonight with its twenty-seventh season, starring The Bachelorette alum Zach Shallcross. The 26-year-old reality star appeared in Gabby and Rachel’s season but went home in Week 8. Tonight, we got to meet the 30 ladies competing this season, and boy were some of the limo entrances memorable. We’ve got a fun group of women this season and fans cannot wait to see what happens next!

It’s hard to keep up with all the women we met in the premiere tonight, so I’m sure it was difficult for Zach to figure out who he wanted to stay and who he would send packing. The very first rose ceremony of the season has left 20 women now remaining. Do you have a favorite yet? We know Zach took a liking to Greer Blitzer as he gave her his First Impression Rose. But who wasn’t fortunate enough to make it past night one?

Madison actually went home before the rose ceremony, while the rest of the above contestants didn’t receive roses by the end of the night. Zach and Madison did not hit it off in the premiere; on the contrary, Madison didn’t feel like she was getting enough attention and continued to interrupt Zach’s conversations with other women. It must be a tricky balance for contestants to figure out how forward they should be so the lead doesn’t forget about them on the first night.
