We first met Zach Shallcross during The Bachelorette Season 19, which saw two females take the lead together. Zach ended up going home during Week 8 of the series, but that didn’t mean his search for love was going to be over.

He is the lead on The Bachelor Season 27. Now fans want to know everything they can about this man who is ready for marriage.

Zach Shallcross come from Anaheim Hills, California. However, he does spend time in Austin, Texas. Texas is where his job as a tech executive is. He works for Oracle. He doesn’t want to be too far from his family in California, though.

He was born and raised in California, playing football while at California Polytechnic State University. He graduated in 2019 (and as a university graduate in 2009, that makes me feel old!).

Zach is a romantic. He was the one who decided to walk away from The Bachelorette when he realized that Rachel wasn’t the right woman for him. He knows what he wants, and he also knows how he wants to be the perfect partner to someone else.

This is a man who is looking for his forever love. He’s ready for marriage, and he wants to find a love like his parents. Is that really possible on a show like The Bachelor? At the start of the series, I would have said sure, but with what it’s become now? I’m not too sure.
