9 Netflix reality shows and competitions to stream in February 2023

It’s February which means we’re on the look out for more reality shows and competitions to add to our Netflix watch list.
Last month, foodies settled into watch Pressure Cooker which added a Big Brother-style twist to the tried and true cooking competition structure. Bake Squad season 2 also premiered for those who love everything sweet, confectionery, and candy coated. For February though, there’s only one food-centric unscripted series hitting the platform, but it is a big one! The sixth season of The Great British Baking Show: The Professionals will be there to satisfy your baking competition craving.
The biggest reality show release this month is Love is Blind: After the Altar season 3. If you tuned into the reunion special, then you know this season is going to catch you up on the drama that’s still unfolding among this cast. Yes, that does mean Zanab and Cole will be seeing each other face-to-face again. Whether they have a heart-to-heart remains to be seen, but we’re sure this will be a cast meet-up you won’t want to miss.
Also, Netflix is debuting another messy dating series in February. Perfect Match pairs the famous single stars of other Netflix dating shows in a quest to find love. The catch here is that the most compatible couples not only get to weigh in on the other couple’s romantic journeys, they get to break them up and send them on dates with brand new singles. Chaos is sure to ensue.
