We’re ready to see TGIT return, but there’s still a bit of a wait. When will Station 19 and Grey’s Anatomy return with new episodes?

We know Station 19 and Grey’s Anatomy will return from their winter breaks this month. While Alaska Daily is being pushed back a week, we will still get the other two TGIT shows back as initially planned. The bad news is that that isn’t going to be this week.

TGIT isn’t going to return until Thursday, Feb. 23. Station 19 will kick things off at 8 p.m. ET/PT and then there will be a new episode of the medical drama in the following hour. The two shows will be a crossover event, and there is a trailer out right now.

What to expect when Station 19 and Grey’s Anatomy return?

The episodes will pick up with where the fall finales ended. For Station 19, we’ll pick up with the aftermath of Bishop’s accident. Nobody realized that she’d fallen off the treadmill and hit her head. Everyone just assumed that she’d missed the call.

Well, when they get back from the call, they realize that there’s something more serious going on. It’s going to be a race against time to save Bishop, and it’s clear that everyone at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital is worried. Teddy calls for Carina to come to the ER, suggesting that they need her to make some decisions as Bishop’s wife.

Grey’s Anatomy ended with Meredith finding out her house was burning down. Everyone inside is out, so it’s just the building and the memories there. Will the firefighters be able to save it? Probably not. We could see the end of an era as we also get the goodbye to Meredith during the new episode.
