SWAT has had a great run so far and we’re still going strong with new episodes. After the last episode focused on a case involving rehab centers being targeted by a gunman, we got to see some different character arcs that gave us insight into how the characters were doing. With an another new episode on the way, what time is SWAT on CBS tonight, Feb. 10.

When we last left off Squad 20’s investigation into multiple shootings targeting rehab centers led them to the gunman, an individual named Tim Spragg, who lost his brother Adrian after a drug overdose. He was targeting people he felt were responsible for his brother’s death.

Eventually, the team was able to stop Tim just as he held a bus full of hostages, including the coach who kept pushing Adrian with his sports until an injury led to his eventual addiction. Zoe was able to use her experiences with her former partner, and the guilt she still carries, to help bring Tim in before anyone else could be hurt.

We also saw some of the team members not exactly using their best judgment. Deacon was not happy his wife, Annie, made a decision involving their daughter playing sports without discussing it with him. Ultimately, their daughter ended up hurting herself, which caused them to miss out on a family weekend trip. Deacon confessed it felt like her not playing the sport meant he was losing something they shared together, but they just need to remember to communicate.

Luca also ended up getting Hondo involved in his sister’s work affairs, which wasn’t helpful to anyone. He made a decision that he thought was beneficial to Eva, but she didn’t want his help in that way. Eventually, Luca apologized and promised to back off until she was ready if she still wanted to have a relationship with her new brother.

All in all, it was a pretty good episode. We also got an update on Nichelle’s work as she tried to balance her feelings when it came to deciding if an officer involved shooting was justified. Hondo continuing to support her is what she needed and we’re here for it.

The next episode of SWAT, “Lion’s Share” will air Friday, Feb. 10 at 8 p.m. ET. According to the synopsis, the episode will follow the team as they work to “stop a violent rampage with ties to a painful chapter from Hicks’ past.”
