Awards season has never been more lively this year, so tune into the 54th annual NAACP Image Awards! With a ceremony known for celebrating the biggest, brightest, and boldest accomplishments by people of color in entertainment and actress, rapper, and producer Queen Latifah hosting, it’s sure to be an exciting night for fans of the nominated works.

We’ll get to see animation, film, music, documentary, podcasts, and other creative categories being honored along with awards dedicated to those who fight for social justice throughout the entertainment industry.

This includes the Outstanding Actor in a Motion Picture nominees: Daniel Kaluuya for Nope, Jonathan Majors for Devotion, Joshua Boone for A Jazzman’s Blues, Sterling K. Brown for Honk for Jesus, Save Your Soul, and Will Smith for Emancipation. Outstanding Motion Picture nominees which are Apple TV+’s Emancipation, Marvel’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Netflix’s A Jazzman’s Blues, Till, and The Woman King and the Outstanding Animated Motion Picture nominees include DC League of Super Pets, Wendell & Wild, Guillermo Del Toro’s Pinocchio, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, and Turning Red.

This year, ABC takes the lead with nominated comedy programming including Abbott Elementary, The Wonder Years, and black-ish. Other nominees include HBO Max’s Rap-Sh!t and FX’s Atlanta.  Nominated drama series programming include Peacock’s Bel-Air, Netflix’s Bridgerton, HBO’s Euphoria, Starz’s P-Valley, and OWN’s Queen Sugar.

Special awards will be given out as well including Activist of the Year, Chairman’s Award, Social Justice Impact Award, and the President’s Award which will be given to actress and producer Gabrielle Union and former NBA player Dwyane Wade. So what time can you expect to see the NAACP Image Awards live?

What time are the NAACP Image Awards on Feb. 25?

The NAACP Image Awards will air live tonight Saturday, Feb. 25 at 8pm ET/7PM CT on BET.

According to Deadline, the ceremony is also set to simulcast across Paramount Global networks including Comedy Central, Logo, MTV, MTV2, Paramount Network, BET Her, CBS, CMT, Pop TV, Smithsonian, TV Land, and VH1.

Some of the presenters you’ll see on your screen are Issa Rae, Janelle Monáe, Janelle James, Jonathan Majors, Kerry Washington, Letitia Wright, and Morris Chestnut plus many more!
