Wreck episodes: How many episodes are in the horror series?

A new horror series that mixes comedy in will begin streaming on Hulu very soon! British series Wreck premiered in October 2022 in the U.K. And now, the show will be available for U.S. viewers to watch when it drops on March 1, 2023.

The series centers around 19-year-old Jamie Walsh who gets himself a job on mega cruise ship, The MS Sacramentum, but under a different identity, per the synopsis. He is trying to figure out what happened to his missing sister Pippa, who disappeared three months ago. The desperate brother starts to look for answers among her former co-workers “in the hope of” solving her mysterious disappearance.

Oscar Kennedy takes on the role of Jamie, with Jodi Tyack playing his onscreen sister Pippa. Thaddea Graham, Jack Rowan, Anthony Rickman, Louis Boyer, Alice Nokes, Peter Claffey, and Miya Ocego round out the cast.

How many episodes are in Wreck streaming on Hulu?

Wreck is actually a binge-watch series, with a total of six episodes! All of the installments are set to release Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 12 a.m. PT on Hulu. The average episode length is around 45 minutes. Definitely not a long time for us professional binge watchers! We provided all the episode titles for you below:

  • Episode 1 – “The Talented Mr Whippy”
  • Episode 2 – “Finding Nemo”
  • Episode 3 – The Ship That Feared Sundown”
  • Episode 4 – The Sacrementum Slasher”

The first episode will see Jamie learning all there is to know about his new job on the ship as he tries to keep a low profile to start investigating what happened to Pippa, per the synopsis.

If you end up liking the horror comedy, then you’ll be happy to know that the show’s original network, BBC Three, already ordered a second season. It is currently in the works as of February 2023. Its arrival on Hulu hasn’t been confirmed yet, but we’re guessing the streamer will acquire the U.S. rights for season 2 at some point as well.

Wreck is set to premiere all six episodes Wednesday, March 1, 2023 on Hulu.
