We’re already halfway through SWAT season 6 and there has been a lot of ground to cover, especially with some character arcs coming along and gaining speed. Luckily, we don’t have to wait in between episodes for another break to finish. With a new episode on the horizon, what time is SWAT on CBS tonight, March 3?

The last episode of SWAT dealt with the fallout of Tan learning his wife was having an affair. In his anger and sadness, he got into a fight at a bar which led to consequences for his work life. Even though Hondo didn’t want to see him suspended, Tan understood he had to face the consequences of what he chose to do that night.

Eventually, Tan got the courage to go to Hondo and Nichelle’s for dinner, knowing he needed to lean on someone and not just be the person who took care of everyone else.

Elsewhere in the episode, the team were helping to search for an undercover cop who was trying to take down a crime organization. However, it looked as though he had stumbled upon something bigger and had to be rescued before he could be made.

There was also a storyline with Powell finding out that another team was interested in recruiting her. At first, Street thought it was just a fellow SWAT member messing with her, but it was true. He thought it was due to him not teaching her well, but Hondo assured him that, as a mentor, even though he wanted to keep an eye on her, he needed to also allow her room to grow, just like he had with him. But Powell wanted to stick with her team, knowing where she felt she belonged.

After an action packed episode, we’re looking forward to seeing what will go on with the team in the all-new episode, “To Protect and To Serve.”

According to the synopsis, “When Hicks insists SWAT participate in Patrol Day in an effort to engage more meaningfully with the community, Hondo and Deacon have their hands full mentoring the newest members of the team.”

Unfortunately, we won’t get to see Tan back with Squad 20, but he appears to be dealing with his own mystery. Maybe this will help his suspension end quicker.

The next episode will air on March 3 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT. Let us know in the comments below your thoughts on how the character arcs are going this season.
