History of the World Part II will be on Hulu beginning March 6 and we’re already looking forward to the newest spin on historical moments in the eyes of Mel Brooks. The sequel to the first film, released back in 1981, is not so much of a film but more of an anthology series. We won’t be able to watch the entire thing at once, but it will still make for a great viewing experience. So what is the History of the World Part II release schedule?
To start, what is History of the World Part II about? It will basically be a comedic retelling of different historical moments, such as biblical times, the Civil War era, and bringing to life characters such as Sigmund Freud and Harriet Tubman. With a variety of different cast and crew, it is sure to be a delightful watch for those who love both history and comedy.
Along with Mel Brooks as a co-writer, the film also touts executive producers such as Nick Kroll, Ike Barinholtz, and Wanda Sykes, who also star in the series. With a lot of slapstick humor and plenty of funny stars to boot, it’s sure to be a fun ride.
