March Madness 2023 officially begins on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, with the First Four from Dayton, Ohio.

For those who don’t know, there are 68 teams in the NCAA Tournament. The final four 11-seeds and the final four 16-seeds are forced to tip the tournament off and basically play their way into the larger March Madness bracket.

The First Four games are held on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 15, before the First Round of the NCAA Tournament begins on Thursday, March 16, and Friday, March 17. Winners of the First Four games are whisked away and flown to the First Round games immediately after their respective First Four games to be ready for Thursday and Friday.

We shared the First Four schedule and how to stream the First Four games in the 2023 NCAA Tournament. If you’re looking for how to watch the First Round of March Madness on Thursday, March 16, we also have you covered (just click those links).

Stream the First Four games

As you can see, the First Four games are available to stream to watch and stream on TruTV. I’m willing to bet almost no one knows where to watch TruTV unless you’re a fan of Impractical Jokers.

If you don’t have cable or satellite, you can still watch the First Four games. You just need a streaming service that has TruTV. We’ve highlighted a few of the live-streaming services with TruTV:

Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like you can stream TruTV on Fubo because they don’t offer TruTV as part of their channel package.

Are the First Four games on Paramount Plus?

You will be able to watch some of the NCAA Tournament games with Paramount Plus, but you have to subscribe to Paramount Plus Premium to watch the games that are on CBS.

Unfortunately, TruTV is not offered through Paramount Plus Premium, and neither are TNT or TBS. There will be March Madness games on each of those channels, as well.

We’ll share more updates about the First Four of the NCAA Tournament as they come up!
