It’s time to Believe once again, Ted Lasso fans! The Apple TV+ hit series is back with all the feels and fun tunes. But if you were too busy focusing on catching up on the characters and where they are now to catch all the songs that play in Ted Lasso season 3 episode 1, we’ve got your back! Below, we share the Ted Lasso soundtrack from the season 3 premiere episode.

The Ted Lasso season 2 finale left us with a lot of questions. From the fate of Keeley and Roy’s relationship to Nathan and Rupert’s next evil scheme, fans were left quite stressed about the road ahead. But in this post, we’re going to only focus on the soundtrack. Because if there’s one thing Ted Lasso will always feature is a fun soundtrack.

Ted Lasso soundtrack: What songs in Ted Lasso season 3 episode 1?

Whether you missed some of the songs featured in this episode or want to add these to your playlist, here are all the songs in the Ted Lasso soundtrack:

  • “Ted Lasso Theme” by Marcus Mumford and Tom Howe
  • “Wigwam” by Bob Dylan
  • “Follow the Leader” by Eric B. and Rakim
  • “In Another Time” by Sade
  • “Ring the Alarm” by Beyonce

Which of these songs will you be adding to your playlist from the Ted Lasso season 3 episode 1 soundtrack? Spoiler alert! Light spoilers ahead as we discuss some of the songs.

Now, I’m not a fan of Nate whatsoever (kudos to Nick Mohammed for an incredible performance), but “Follow the Leader” by Eric B. and Rakim played when he entered the episode and it is now on my playlist. Another song I added is “Ring the Alarm” by Beyonce, a classic I had forgotten about. Ted has remained hopeful that he and Michelle, his ex-wife, would get back together. At the very least, he certainly didn’t see Michelle moving on so fast, so “Ring the Alarm” by Beyonce is the perfect tune for when Ted learns about Michelle’s “new friend.” Protect Ted at all costs! He has been through enough already.
