The Duke Blue Devils are in action on the first day of March Madness 2023. I mean, I know the First Four is technically the first day, but this is the first big day of games in the NCAA Tournament, and the Blue Devils being involved only makes it bigger.

Duke just won the ACC Tournament Championship before Selection Sunday, and we know Blue Devils fans were hoping for a better seed. Duke is the No. 5 seed, and they open the NCAA Tournament again Max Abmas and the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles. Oral Roberts made one of the most historic tourney runs in 2021. They became the second No. 15 seed to reach the Sweet 16.

Duke and Oral Roberts play on CBS

Of course, CBS gets the Duke game. We know Duke is one of the most popular college basketball teams, so it makes sense that they’re getting the prime east coast tip-off time.

You can watch March Madness games in a lot of different ways. One of the cheapest options is the Paramount Plus Premium subscription, but that’s the only channel you can get with that subscription. You can also watch on Hulu + Live TV, DIRECTV,  YouTube TV,  Sling TV, and Fubo (CBS only).

What time is the Duke game today?

Duke, the five-seed in the East region, meets the No. 12 seed Oral Roberts. Duke is the favorite obviously, but the most common upset outside of the 8-9 matchup is surprisingly the 5 vs. 12 game. Will the Blue Devils be in trouble against the Golden Eagles? We’ll have to wait and see.

Duke and Oral Roberts will tip at 7:10 p.m. ET on Thursday, March 16, from the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida There might be a little bit of a delay to start the game. That often happens during the NCAA Tournament with so many games at one site. Duke-Oral Roberts is the third game of the day from Orlando. There is a big gap between San Diego State-Charleston, which tips at 3:10 ET, but crazier things have happened in NCAA Tournament.
