The UCLA Bruins are the 2023 Pac-12 Champions. The Bruins stumbled in the Pac-12 tournament championship against their rivals, the Arizona Wildcats. Had the Bruins one, they would probably be a No. 1 seed in March Madness, and the UCLA game today would be earlier.

Instead, UCLA is the No. 2 seed in the West in the NCAA Tournament, which is a great spot for them to be, and they’ll be going up against the No. 15 seed, UNC Asheville Bulldogs.

Obviously, UCLA is one of the most storied teams and bluebloods of college basketball, and UNC Asheville is not, but it doesn’t matter. The Bulldogs could give the Bruins a good game.

UCLA and UNC Asheville play on truTV today

UCLA and UNC Asheville meet on truTV on Thursday, March 16, 2023. Unfortunately, truTV is one of the channels that isn’t available via Paramount Plus Premium, which is the cheapest way to watch March Madness. You only get access to the games on CBS, and as mentioned, UCLA-UNC Asheville is not on CBS.

For watching games on truTV, we recommend Hulu + Live TVDIRECTV,  YouTube TV, and Sling TV. You also get three hours of streaming March Madness games without a cable/satellite subscription on March Madness Live.

What time is the UCLA game today?

UCLA and UNC Asheville meet in the final game of the day on Thursday, March 16. The game is scheduled to tip off at 10:05 p.m. ET. That’s a late tip for the Bulldogs, but it’s right when UCLA plays most of its regular season games.

It’s also possible this tip-off time could look more like 10:30 p.m. ET. There is another game before UCLA and UNC Asheville meet. With all of the commercials and stoppages, these games often run long, and then the Bruins and Bulldogs need time to warm up.
