Is Sheila leaving The Bold and the Beautiful?

Sheila Carter has been causing quite the stir on The Bold and the Beautiful. Since the start of 2023, she’s really had no time to rest. From her surprising relationship with Bill Spencer to the affair that she’s carrying on with Deacon Sharpe despite believing it could end up with both of them dead, Sheila has been blazing a trail of low-key chaos.

However, the soap seems to be setting her up for a fall. Thorsten Kaye’s return as Ridge Forrester brought along a plot reveal no one saw coming. Forrester’s Co-CEO has teamed up with Dollar Bill to take Sheila down. She’s unaware that they’ve been plotting and scheming together with the power of the Federal Bureau of Investigation on their side.

The two are determined to trick her into confessing to murder so she can be brought up on murder in the first degree charges and sentenced to life in prison, likely in a maximum security facility. Though it should be noted that once she does catch wind of what they’re doing, they’re going to have a time dealing with this dangerous woman.

Could Sheila’s time on the soap be running out? Will fans have to say goodbye to Kimberlin Brown’s force of a character once again? Here’s what we know!

Is Sheila leaving The Bold and the Beautiful?

There’s no indication that Brown is exiting the daytime drama in the near future. There’s yet to be a “comings and goings” announcement about a pending departure. Back in April 2022, Brown had the following to say about sticking around on the soap:

"Hopefully I’ll be on the The Bold and the Beautiful for a long time to come. If they put me on a back burner for a while due to circumstances, I’d love to stay within the CBS family."

We’re coming up on a year since that statement, and Sheila’s become a real staple in the plot beyond causing trouble. Besides, we definitely need to see whether her and Deacon can make it as a couple in the open if Bill and Ridge don’t take Sheila down first.

As for that tumble she’s supposed to take the week of March 27, Ridge survived that same fall. There’s no reason why Sheila can’t, too.
