Major spoilers ahead of Daisy Jones and The Six

For most of Daisy Jones and The Six, viewers know Billy and Camila’s daughter, Julia, as a child. The passage of time in the series is partially marked by her growth right before the audiences’ eyes. We meet her as an infant and then we’re introduced to the apple of the band’s eye as a toddler.

Young Julia, age 3, is played Naya Kodeh. This is her first acting credit, and she appears in four episodes out of the show’s ten. However, Kodeh’s performance isn’t the only depiction of Julia outside of her infancy.

Book fans knew this reveal was coming, but those who went in to the Prime Video adaptation with no knowledge may have been surprised to find out the interviewer/documentarian who got the band, Camila, Simone, Rod Reyes, Jonah Berg, and even Chuck Loving to sit down for an in-depth dive into their history was Julia as an adult.

Who plays Julia Dunne on Daisy Jones and The Six?

Adult Julia is played by Seychelle Gabriel. Until the Daisy Jones and The Six finale released on Prime Video, she’d simply been credited as the Interviewer so as not to give away the importance of her role to non-book fan viewers.

Gabriel is known for her voice work in the Avatar: Last Air Bender franchise as Princess Yue and Asami Sato. Her other notable roles include Lourdes on Falling Skies, Holly in the film Sleight, Izzy Itani in the podcast series Blackout, and as Emmaline Bonham in the podcast series Borrasca.
