Have you been following along Apple TV+‘s espionage-centric series Liaison? The British-French thriller made its debut on the streamer on Feb. 24, 2023. Now that it’s been going for a while, you may be wondering when the season 1 finale is.

The series stars Vincent Cassel as Gabriel, Eva Green as Alison, Peter Mullan as Richard Banks, Gérard Lanvin as Dumas, Daniel Francis as Albert, Stanislas Merhar as Didier, Irène Jacob as Sophie, Laëtitia Eïdo as Sabine, Eriq Ebouaney as Bob, Bukky Bakray as Kim, Thierry Frémont as French President, Patrick Kennedy as Mark, Olivia Popica as DCI Hobbs, Lyna Dubarry as Myriam, and Aziz Dyab as Samir.

As of March 31, 2023, the sixth episode in the politically-intriguing story has been released on Apple TV+. So when can we expect to see the last episode of the season? We’ve got the answer for you below!

Liaison season 1 finale: When is the last episode coming out?

Alright so you know how episode 6 was released today? That installment, “An Eye for an Eye,” served as the first season’s finale. So the last episode of season 1 was released March 31 and is now streaming.

The Apple Original did not get a long season order, but that’s how some streaming shows operate so it’s not too surprising. In the conclusion, Alison (Green) and Gabriel (Casssel) face a new danger as “everything converges” at Antropa’s London headquarters, per the synopsis.

Will there be a Liaison season 2 on Apple TV+?

At this time, we don’t know if the streamer has decided to renew or cancel the series. It’s still early for the company to decide as the finale was just released. Though the show hasn’t done well with critics, it does have good viewership numbers. So perhaps that will factor into Apple TV+’s decision. But for now, all we can do is wait and see what the company decides!
