Are Harry and Meghan going to be at King Charles’ coronation?
Prince Harry will be attending his father, King Charles’, coronation ceremony. However, his wife Meghan will be staying in their home in California with the kids. This was confirmed by Buckingham Palace and shared by CBS News. The palace told the news outlet in a statement:
Buckingham Palace is pleased to confirm that The Duke of Sussex will attend the Coronation Service at Westminster Abbey on 6th May. The Duchess of Sussex will remain in California with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
Harry’s book, Spare, was released in January 2023. In it, he details the rising tensions between his father and brother William, Prince of Wales. The familial disagreements were one of the big reasons why Harry and Meghan left the U.K., which resulted in the monarchy taking away their royal titles. The coronation ceremony will be the first time the three meet in person since the book’s release.
