King Charles Coronation Concert performers list: Who’s performing at the concert?

On Saturday, May 6, the Coronation of King Charles III is set to make much of the world stand still as a new British monarch is crowned along with the Queen Consort, Camilla. It is set to be a festive affair as royalists and admirers of the royal family gather to pay their respects in person, or for those unable to make the trip to London, at home as they watch the ceremony and pomp and circumstance on TV or online.

Following the major world event, there will be a concert held in honor of the King and Queen’s coronation. It’ll be held on Sunday, May 7 at 7 p.m. local time which is 2 p.m. ET, 1 p.m. CT, and 11 a.m. PT.

There’s a vast mix of performers set to the stage and they aren’t all of British descent or citizens of the Commonwealth. There are a few American artists among the mix. Genres include Pop, Opera, Afrobeats, Dance, classical, and more. Two choirs will also participate: the Commonwealth virtual choir and the Coronation choir, the latter of which was formed by community choirs across the United Kingdom.

Keep reading for the list of performers along with who is paired together for a duet or accompaniment. You can also expect there to be a spoken word performance.
