Are Zach and Kaity from The Bachelor still together?

The Bachelor season 27 came to a close this March, giving fans of the long-running reality TV franchise all the answers they were waiting for. We got to see Zach Shallcross give out his final rose. The season was full of ups and downs, as viewers got to watch the former Bachelorette contestant fall in love. Though the season might not have been the most thrilling, we’re happy to know it ended on a happy note! Zach chose contestant Kaity Biggar in the finale, a 28-year-old nurse from Canada.

Kaity went into the season with dreams of finding true love, and she succeeded! Zach made a few mistakes along the way, but the feelings he and Kaity had for each other prevailed. We also got to meet a handful of really awesome ladies we hope to see on Bachelor in Paradise, not to mention contestant Charity Lawson who is set to become the next Bachelorette this June. The locations Zach and his ladies jetted off to this season were beautiful, so all in all, it was a solid season.

Now, if you started shipping Kaity and Zach early on and are so happy to know they got engaged in the finale, you’re probably now wondering what they’ve been up to since. Are the two lovebirds still together, or did they call it quits after filming wrapped?

Are Zach Shallcross and Kaity Biggar still engaged after The Bachelor?

Zach got down on one knee in the finale episode, and the proposal was totally adorable. We come bearing good news, Bachelor fans, because Zach and Kaity are still together! The happy couple appeared on the live stage for After the Final Rose and talked about their relationship post-Bachelor.

There were so many rumors swirling about Zach’s relationship status at the end of his season of The Bachelor, with some claiming Gabi was actually the winner, while other rumors said Zach broke up with Kaity and got together with contestant Jess Girod. We’re not sure where these allegations came from, but at least we now know the truth.

Fans had already been speculating on Reddit that the two were still an item after the cameras stopped rolling, with Women’s Health Magazine reporting that Zach shared something very interesting on his Instagram Story. Earlier in the season, he shared a photo of Terry Black’s Barbecue in Austin, Texas, which happens to be Kaity’s favorite BBQ joint. Coincidence? I think not.

Since The Bachelor ended, both Kaity and Zach have shared photos together on their respective Instagram pages, letting their fans know they’re still happy in love. They’ve also done interviews together, and during an appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan, they discussed starting a family. Though they disagree on how many children they want (Zach wants three while Kaity wants two), the pair is certainly looking to start a life together with little ones.

The last post Kaity shared with Zach on Instagram came two weeks ago when she posted pics from an adorable photoshoot they did together. The two posed in a park looking as in love as ever!

Considering Kaity and Zach both currently live in Austin, Texas, we don’t foresee long distance being something they’ll have to deal with, as other Bachelor couples have. Fingers crossed Zach and Kaity stay together and we get to see wedding photos soon!
