If you liked Steve Harvey as a judge the first time around when Judge Steve Harvey premiered in January 2022, then I’m sure you’re excited to see the return of the Family Feud host on the ABC courtroom series! What time do you need to tune in to the season 2 premiere tonight?

The one-hour unscripted comedy sees Harvey as judge, jury, and of course the star of the show! Of course he isn’t actually a judge as the television host never got any judgeship or legal licenses. The show is purely for fun. And though him being a judge isn’t real, the issues he hears in the courtroom are.

But still, Harvey gets to play by his own rules, per the synopsis. Some of the cases he presides over include exes in a battle over car loans, trip reimbursements, and former best friends suing over a a football bet, according to ABC.

Judge Steve Harvey airs tonight, May 9, 2023, at 9 p.m. ET on ABC. The hour-long series will premiere new episodes weekly on Tuesday nights. Episodes are also available to stream on Hulu the next day. This evening’s episode is titled “Everybody Plays the Fool.”

Though we do want to note that starting on June 14, the series will have a new night and time. That date is a Wednesday, which the broadcast will be moved to. And the unscripted series will also move back an hour, taking the 8 p.m. ET timeslot.
