How many episodes are there in Platonic on Apple TV+?
By Ricky Valero
Apple TV+ is back with another comedy series that stars Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne in Platonic. The duo also executive produces the series. We share some information about the series, including how many episodes you can expect.
Platonic follows a pair of former best friends, Will and Slyvia (Rogen and Byrne), who reconnect after Will gets a divorce. The duo’s friendship sends them down a path of destabilizing their lives in a hilarious way. The series stars Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Luke Macfarlane, Tre Hale, and Carla Gallo.
With having seen all ten episodes of the series, I can relay that Apple TV+ has yet another hit on its hands. Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne share that electric chemistry mixed with a fun soundtrack and a fun ensemble.

Within episode five of the series (“My Wife’s Boyfriend”), there’s a party at the bar, and each of the people at the bar share what their secret talent is. I partook in a roundtable with Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne, where I asked Seth about Will’s secret talent of knowing all the moves to the Coyote Ugly dance and how long it took him to remember the dance moves.
Here is what he had to say:
"“Not too, not too long. It was originally written that I knew like the bottle tossing from Cocktail. I think I actually took one lesson with a bottle-tossing guy, and I’m like; I’m never going to fucking be able to do this A and like B. Not that Coyote Ugly is the most culturally relevant film. But I was like, I think a few more people know Coyote Ugly than Cocktail. Yeah, I remember suggesting maybe I know the dance from Coyote Ugly instead of the bottle tossing from Cocktail. And it was much easier to learn. And that was, yeah, I picked it up in 10 minutes or so. Luke Macfarlane had a much harder time with it, and believe it or not, that guy moves like Frankenstein.”"
Make sure to check out Platonic on Apple TV+ starting on May 24, 2023.
